Purbi chitwan substation with double bus system is located at Rapti M.P-06, Hardi, Chitwan and feeds power to the existing 33/11 KV Parsa substation through a 44 KV double circuit sub-transmission line and to the surrounding region via 11 KV feeders. Purbi Chitwan substation is connected to the Hetauda-Bharatpur 132 KV transmission line through a loop in loop.
