Amarpur substation with dual busbar system, located in Amarpur of Panchthar district in Mechi Zone and connected to Thapatar's 132 kV Sub substations. This substation is powered by Siwani Hydro (5 MW) via a single-circuit 33 kV line. This substation was put into operation in 2015 with a capacity of 132/33 kV, 24/30 MVA. It also includes a 33/11 kV power transformer, 3 MVA supplying kabeli B1, kabeli A going local and a community group.
